Standard rolling dies

Are you a manufacturer of fasteners for use in wood, metal, plastics or concrete? If so, read on. Our rolling dies can help you to produce screws in any rollable material and with any thread profiles. Of course we also supply many tools for DIN and standard parts as well as for ex-stock metric screws.
Screws produced on our rolling dies are distinctive for their sharp, gripping tips, gently rounded domes or “non-detachable” washers.
We offer support during the design and manufacturing process of special screws used in a wide range of applications – in the electrical, automotive and automotive parts supplier industries, as well as in the aerospace sector.

Form rolling dies

Using our section rollers complex parts can be produced very cost-effectively. Flutes, grooves, domes, tips, as well as neck collar screws, all of which used to be very expensive to machine, can all now be rolled. This results in tremendous cost savings both in materials and in time. And that’s not all: with the aid of segmented tools several worksteps can be combined into one – for example in the case of rivetting mandrels. In many applications the uninterrupted fibre flow and material compaction considerably increases quality. The section rolling tools can machine any material that can be cold formed. Our rolling dies can also form parts made from copper, brass, aluminium and stainless steel. A host of further application options become available when calibrating pressed parts, as well as when form-rolling bayonet fittings and locking pins.

MAThread

We hold the manufacturing licence to make the rolling dies for MAThread screws, and we also provide solutions for rolled tips.

Combination rolling dies

Using our combination rolling dies up to five rolling operations can be combined into one. Manufactured to total accuracy on the most up-to-date five-axis CNC machinery, individual segments can be separately interchanged for varying wear conditions.

Special Tools

We offer support during the design and manufacturing process of special screws used in a wide range of applications – in the electrical, automotive and automotive parts supplier industries, as well as in the aerospace sector. Our highly qualified and skilled engineers welcome the challenge of meeting your special requirements.

Rolling after heat treatment

You can use our rolling dies to roll a metric thread onto pre-hardened blanks. We supply rolling dies for screw blanks up to strength 12.9 and even higher on request. Moreover, we have developed a process whereby in certain cases we can also roll tips on blanks up to 8.8 strength.
